TriNet sales tax FAQ
Every business is different. If your question isn’t here, ask a real person.
Does GoodVat integrate with TriNet?
Our TriNet integration is in development. Join the waitlist and we’ll email you as soon as it opens. In the meantime, our team can bulk-import your team locations from a TriNet export, so you don’t have to wait to get compliant.
Do I still need GoodVat if TriNet handles tax?
TriNet handles payroll, benefits and employment compliance as your PEO. Payroll compliance doesn’t cover sales tax — remote employees can still create nexus for your business. GoodVat fills that gap: it tracks every threshold across all the places you sell, works out what you owe, and our local partners register you and file your returns.
